Team Captain David Payne along with Bill Bickerstaffe, Bobby Sluming, Kit Stevens, Jamie Horton, Jay Duffy, Jono Greenough, Luke Pritchard, Remy Julienne & Warren Lunt made the journey South last week (7.4.22) for the Halford Hewitt  tournament, but were beaten by Bradfield in the first round who were very tough opponents, ranking 8 of 64.

In the Bradfield team were Gallagher and Rafferty who are indeed the sons of the famous European tour players - a Ryder Cup trivia point!

The following day they moved onto the Plate competition against Wellington but lost 2 and 1.

As David said "A positive week of building for the future.... good vibes for HH ’23!"
