Boarding has had many guises during the life of Liverpool College. The first boarders used to live with the School Masters, scattered around the city.
In 1945 under the Principal Canon Howard, boarding started in what is now known as Godwyn House.
When that chapter finished, boarding became an international affair with the boarders living in the University of Liverpool Halls of Residence at Derby Hall across the road from the playing fields.
In 2020 boarding has a new home in the fully refurbished Beechlands.
This Club is for those who boarded to share their memories.
Scroll down and use the panel below to share memories and send messages to other School House Club members.
A summary email of all the last week's messages on the Club page will be sent to club members every Friday morning.
